Microsoft Azure outage takes down Teams, Xbox Live, Office 365 (Update)
Update March 15, 2022 at 6:x PM ET: Microsoft has successfully rolled out an update that stock-still the bug and as a result, outages and other issues have largely been resolved. Whatsoever problems that resist will likely be resolved soon.
A recent Microsoft Azure outage took downwards several Microsoft services, including Microsoft Teams, Xbox Alive, and Office 365. The issue affected users worldwide and prevented users from accessing most of the functions of these services.
After fully investigating the issue, Microsoft was able to roll out an update that fixed the bug and has successfully reduced Microsoft service error rates. Whatever issues that persist should be resolved shortly. Information technology's awesome to see the problem taken care of relatively rapidly considering how important these services are to many workflows and recreational activities.
